Terms of Service

This is a plain-language baseline, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Have counsel review it before relying on it in production.

These terms govern your use of Modelink. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Modelink.

01 The service

Modelink gives models a portfolio page and a structured way to receive and manage collaboration requests from clients. We are a presentation and coordination tool. We do not employ models, act as an agency, or take part in the work that gets arranged through the platform.

02 Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
One person or entity per account; give us accurate details and keep them current.

03 Your content and rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By publishing it on Modelink you confirm you hold the rights to use it — including the rights of any photographer or other people shown — and you grant us a limited licence to store, resize, and display it for the purpose of running your page. You can remove content at any time.

04 Requests are proposals, not contracts

A collaboration request is a proposal until the model accepts it. Modelink does not process payments and is not party to any agreement, booking, fee, or deliverable the two sides arrange. Any money changes hands directly between you and the other party, on your own terms.

05 Reviews

A review may carry a Verified Collaboration badge only when it follows a collaboration completed through the platform. Reviews must be honest and about the collaboration itself. We may remove reviews that break the content policy.

06 Acceptable use

Don't use Modelink to break the law, infringe someone's rights, harass, impersonate, spam, scrape, or attack the service. The content policy covers what may and may not be published.

07 Moderation and suspension

We may review, suspend, or take down a page that breaks these terms or the content policy. Where we can, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to fix it — but we may act immediately when a page poses a clear risk.

08 Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. It goes down straight away and is permanently removed after a 30-day recovery window, during which logging back in lets you restore it. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

09 Disclaimers and liability

Modelink is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for the conduct of any user, for collaborations arranged through the platform, or for indirect or consequential loss.
