Content Policy

This is a plain-language baseline, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer. Have counsel review it before relying on it in production.

This policy sets out what may and may not be published on Modelink. It applies to every page, image, video, review, and message.

01 Rights and consent

Only publish work you have the rights to, and that everyone shown has agreed to appear in. That includes the photographer's permission and the consent of anyone else in frame.

02 Not allowed

Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction of a minor in a modelling context — zero tolerance.
Non-consensual, stolen, or misattributed images or video.
Impersonation, or claiming credits and collaborations that didn't happen.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content targeting a private individual.
Fake reviews, or reviews traded for anything of value.
Malware, scams, or attempts to move payment or personal data off-platform under false pretences.

03 Adult content

Professional modelling work may include tasteful nudity where it's clearly editorial or artistic and everyone consented. Sexually explicit or pornographic content is not permitted.

04 Reporting

Any signed-in user can report a page from the report control on it. Reports go to a moderator who reviews them and records a decision.

05 Enforcement

Breaking this policy can lead to content removal, suspension, or account termination, depending on severity. Serious cases — especially anything involving minors — may be reported to the authorities.
